Internet Browser

ZOLL recommends using a modern internet browser to access the web product. The following browsers are listed in order of ZOLL’s preference based on compatibility, security, functionality, and usability.

Important! Because Internet Explorer no longer receives updates from Microsoft, it is no longer a supported browser for any ZOLL applications.

  • Safari

  • Edge, Edge Chromium

  • Firefox

Screen Resolution

The system will display optimally at resolutions at or above 1920 x 1080 and requires at least 1280 x 720 to display adequately.

Internet connectivity

Accessing ZOLL emsCharts from the web requires an active internet connection. Faster speeds will enhance the user experience with the system.

Medical devices (defibrillators and monitors)

ZOLL emsCharts for Web can link case files from the cloud from the following devices.

  • ZOLL X-Series

  • ZOLL M-Series

  • ZOLL E-Series

  • Physio LifePak 15

  • Physio LifePak 12

  • Physio LifePak 500

  • Philips MRX

Pop-up blockers

The system will not work with pop-up blockers or script-blockers running.

The system requires that cookies are accepted.
